Our practice is organized into two practice areas- Corporate and Litigation. The Corporate Practice is further divided into three major practice groups- General Corporate, Capital Markets and International -as well as a number of specialist groups. We pride ourselves on our experience in handling corporate and commercial transactions in Africa. While not divided into subgroups, our Litigation Practice handles class action, commercial and securities litigation matters.
